I had a great epiphany this past weekend about a simple, yet incredibly profound way to add to the others of those around you.  I work at Red Dog’s Roofing as the Personal Development Advisor, and I had the honor of assembling up assessments for the middle management employees there.

What if I told you that in business, there was a way to increase customer trust, repeat business, and a way to attract referrals and leads all day long.

This may be a strong statement, especially coming from a roofing company, but almost nobody wants to buy a roof.  There, we said it. The reason I mention that, is because many of the customers who initially call us are distraught, upset, or in a state of shock over their current circumstances.

Although metal roofing has been around a long time, its overall beauty, functionality, and durability are only now being truly recognized. But there are more factors than just durability and aesthetics in the decision to choose metal roofing. We’ll discuss that in a moment, though.

At Red Dog’s Roofing, we’re constantly faced with choices every day. Construction in general is never always cut and dry. Everything from our employees, to if we work in various weather conditions are choices we make constantly.  Our customers are making financial, trust, and product choices.

When we forge ahead, sometimes we can get stuck or feel like we’re no longer making progress. The cha-cha-cha of life and business often has us taking two steps forward, and one step back. In the periods where we take a step back, we can often feel as though all progress has been lost.
