Great experience
First would like to Thank Kyler the sales rep for Red Dog. He was very professional and knowledgeable when we meet . He had some great ideas about my roof and it looks wonderful. Kyle was my project manager on site he was very accommodating to my son who has autism. He would stop the whole crew to let my son get in and out of the house. Always communicate with me on any changes or concerns. The Crew they had on site were remarkable. They all knew what they were doing it was like a well oiled machine. In and out in two days and it was a lot of work . They had to rip everything off replace the whole roof with plywood and then shingle it. They took care of all there trash. A couple days later someone stop by to walk me around my house to make sure everything was pick up and I was happy with the roof . This whole team is amazing from Amanda in office to Kyler and Kyle and the whole crew. Would recommend to my own family and friends.
Excellent service
I have to say , I had 3 companies come out to give me an estimate. I’m new to all this. Jacob from the Mass. office was in Florida helping out and he was the first one to go in attic and check it out. I was so shocked cause no other company did. So, right away I knew I was signing. Jacob literally had me signed up next day and roof was up and completed in less than 2 weeks!!! Happy Thanksgiving to me . After everything was done , Jacob is still helping . I must say Red Dog you are lucky to have, Jacob part of your team. Thank you again for the fast service . Ricardo project manager and “Caption” and the rest of crew all amazing. We had a lot of laughs. Crew left everything clean no trash what so ever. Having 2 brand new cars I was worried about nails, they went over everything with a fine tooth comb . So happy with the finish product.
Great care and expertise
In September I wanted to have some work done on the siding or roofing and called Red Dog Roofing. Alex and Jacob came to assess both. They listened to all my concerns and requirements with sincerity. They explained every option thoroughly. A couple days later, Alex returned with the assessment results and cost. We don't have a lot of money but he worked with me so I could have the work done with the best possible payment option. I decided on just the roof for now but if I'm in the position to get the siding done in the future I will definitely call Red Dog Roofing for that. When they came to do the roof they were respectful of the property and communicated with me during the process. Everyone I spoke with or interacted with was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company!
Replace roofing
Red Dog did a great job. The on-site supervisor, Kyle, was very helpful explaining the progress of the job during the game. Work was completed in one day. Great job.
WORKMANSHIP & WORKERS
Kyler the sales rep, was very friendly and fair with the pricing. Price was so much better than I was expecting. Patrick, the onsite manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Patrick explained what was happening throughout the day. The workers were working very hard and with extreme excellent workmanship. When a problem arose, Patrick asked me come see what needed fixing and reminded me that it was stated in the contract about additional repairs that might be necessary. There are no hidden fees or cost. Everything is well explained in the contract. Patrick made sure that everything went smoothly and kept me well informed. Workers worked hard and fast. Never did they just hang around. Cleanup was awesome. They made sure to leave the property clean and free from any debris and nails. They had the highest respect for the property and I have the highest respect for their fantastic service. Definitely worth hiring Red Dogs Roofing.
Red dog is top notch
Read a bunch of reviews, had a few people come by ,but none of them were as informative and understanding as Fernando. Fernando understood our budget and worked with us to find the best solution. We signed up for a roof, gutter, and siding and I couldn’t be happier. Roof was already done and thanks to Kyle and the team of roofers, my roof is top notch. Quality work and fair price. Communication and customer service was great. Will be a repeat customer. Can’t wait for siding. Go Red Dog !!
Great job
Red Dogs recently installed a new roof at our home. They did a great job from start to finish. Kyle was our salesman and he kept in touch every step. The crew arrived at 7 am as scheduled and worked until 6 pm when they finished. The yard was clean and the new roof looks great. Would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

From start to finish everyone , office, sales, project manager and roofers fantastic job. My home looks beautiful with it's new LARGE roof. Wonderful job on clean up. I call it the one day miracle.

After a normal New England wind/rain storm we had issues with water coming into our home from the roof and we knew it was time to replace the roof. Like most, we contacted many companies. We were lucky and they had a cancellation so they were able to see us so quickly. Jason came out, examined our home and explained red dogs process for roof replacement. He made what was a very overwhelming process, so easy! We were more than confident in working with Red Dogs after meeting with Jason, it was a no brainer! Within 2 weeks we’re were scheduled for repairs. First they repaired our chimney. Jacob was on site and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process of the roof day. This crew was amazing! They worked hard and fast, especially for such a hot summer day. They wrapped up late on a dark Friday night and Jacob sent someone over Saturday morning to comb through our yard during the day to ensure each nail was picked up and the site was clean to standard. I would absolutely work with Red Dogs, time and time again.

From start to finish, Red Dog's Roofing service was great. Everyone I dealt with treated me with courtesy and they all were respectful of our schedule. The job was finished in one day. Great company to work with. It started with a phone call asking for a quote to replace my roof. I spoke with Pablo, he was very friendly. He worked out someone coming to my home on an off time for them but worked great for me. I received a call the day before leading up to the home visit. The next day, Tyler was on time and very thorough with the inspection process. He sat down with my wife and I and explained everything that they had to do, and also brought samples of roofing to pick. I felt more then comfortable with moving forward with Red Dogs. As soon as we signed the paperwork we where notified with an approx. date that the roof would begin. I received a date, and was updated about 3 times before the installation date. They truly do care about there customers experience , Gino, Pablo, and Tyler are top notch. I highly recommend Red Dogs for all roofing needs.

Red Dog did a wonderful job at Windmill Florist! Their team were courteous, friendly, efficient, and did an all around fantastic job! Every aspect of the job was done to a tee. When stripping the roof, a piece of plywood bounced back onto the house and damaged the siding. During their walk through, they found the damage and fixed it. When hurricane Ian hit us with 110 mph wind gusts a small tree in front of our condo was uprooted and blown over. But we did not lose a single shingle and not a single leak. Brian Ohalloran of Red Dogs Roofing gave a very reasonable estimate, better than comparable rates paid by our neighbors. The work for 2700+ square foot roof was started timely and we were told that it would take 3 days total. They had a very skilled crew who nearly completed the job in just 2 days, but they had to wait for the county inspector to come for the final inspection the next day. They cleaned up everything spic and span and were done in 2 1/2 days. Well done!
